What we consider
Every candidate is considered against five dimensions: quality of work, evidence of meaningful outcomes, consistency over time, integrity of practice, and contribution beyond immediate commercial success.
How review works
- Nomination: candidates may be submitted by the public, editors, partners, or the candidates themselves.
- Eligibility: basic identity, claims, and supporting materials are checked.
- Review: available evidence is assessed against the published criteria.
- Decision: recognition is issued with a written explanation, not merely a title.
- Correction: material errors can be reported and the public record may be amended or withdrawn.
Commercial relationships
Client, sponsor, and partner relationships must not be hidden. A commercial relationship does not automatically qualify or disqualify a candidate, but it will be disclosed on the relevant recognition when one exists.
Recipients do not purchase editorial outcomes. Any optional licensing, physical awards, or promotional services are offered only after the recognition decision and are kept separate from review.
Evidence and corrections
Claims should be specific enough to verify. Readers and recipients may submit corrections with supporting evidence. Material corrections are noted; recognitions may be withdrawn when the underlying claims no longer withstand review.
